How to check the status of your order?

At Your email address will be sent information on the progress of your order. In addition, after logging into your account you will have access to all information about your current and past orders: status, content, given addresses, etc.

 

How long will it take for delivery?

Shipments are carried out every day and in the order of incoming orders. Depending on your chosen method of payment and the method of delivery dates may vary. Can I collect my order personally?

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, for purchased goods in our store you can get an invoice. For this purpose while placing an order form with your data, select "Company" and enter your billing information.

 

How do I change my order?

You can modify your order only until the completion of its contents. At the time of modification it is no longer possible. Where is my package?

By selecting delivery by post-office, you receive waybill at your e-mail adress with number and a link to a page where you can track the location of your package. This link is also visible to registered customers of the shop.

  

Do products have a warranty?

Yes, the products available in our store come with manufacturer's guarantee valid on Polish territory.
It is important to keep proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) as well as the original packaging until the end of the warranty period. This is the basis of any claims.

 

I have a problem with the ordered product. What now?

Always before accepting a package, check that has not been damaged in transit. If the the package has visible external damage, we recommend writing down a report of damage together with the courier and then contact us at no. +48 22 100 56 96

 

Can I return the purchased product?

According to the Act of March 2, 2000r. the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products Article 2. Point. 1. "The consumer who concluded away from business premises, may withdraw from it without giving reasons, making a statement in writing within 10 days of the conclusion of the contract. To comply with this deadline, you must send a statement before its expiry".
